DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Due to the nature of our menu format, it can be difficult for our team to accommodate particular dietary restrictions.

With advance notice, we can meet requests such as vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian, but combinations of restrictions may be difficult.

If you have severe allergies or a combination of several different restrictions, please call 520-860-5448 to confirm whether we're able to safely modify your menu.

The Chef's tasting menu is comprised of 10 to 12 courses featuring heritage crops and ingredients from the Sonoran Desert.

Please plan for two and a half hours to enjoy your entire experience.
